The best way to know for sure is to accidently on perpose lean over them as if going for a hug, may be to get something from behind them, or better from under them, or along those lines.then watch for a posative reaction. They may even kiss you. P.s. Better to try when you know them enough but not to well.

Look in to her eyes and if you feel a spark that is almost uncomfortable, it is a good sign.3. Lots of smiling when she speaks to you.4. Playing with her hair, when she is with you.5. They'll be slight eye contact and when you're talking to a girl, she is likely to touch you (i.e. on the arm, head etc.)to get close. If you're already friends with a girl, you could always pretend to be interested in someone else and be asking for advice. If she'll tell you how to get this "other girl" then she might not be interested but watch how she reacts to this. If she answers with 'If it were me....' chances are she's interested in you. Or if she doesn't answer, like she's ingoring you then that could also be a sign that she likes youx

 The first important 'sign' a woman fancies you is that she will try and grab every opportunity to talk to you or sit next to you. If she is shy then this is more tricky and is quite difficult to pick up the signals. If you talk to her and she blushes this could be a hint that she is interested. Making regualar eye contact and smiling is a sure indication. Again if she is more reserved and not bold enough to give you eye contact then she will at every opportuntiy make sure her body is facing yours, see which way her feet point next time you are in the room or are talking to her. She might well be looking when you're not looking. Some woman you can read like a book, and others it is more difficult. I think the thing to remember is, is that she is a normal human being just like you with feelings and insecurities and she might well be waiting for you to make the move there! Try and get to know her better, maybe ask others what they think of her, but don't whatever you do tell your mates to say something to her. She would need to hear it from you, ask her out for a coffee or something. There is no harm in that, you have nothing to lose. You may find that once you start to know her more, both your fears and insecurities will go and you never know you may end up to be great friends if nothing else?!!
