writes: i lied to my girlfriend for 5 months about hanging out with friends and then confessed and stopped lyin.she lied in the beggining of our relationship about her ex boyfriend for about 6 months and i forgave her. she wont forgive me and started lyin again and has a new boyfriend and tells me to leave her alone we have been together for about 2 years i still wanna work it out.i would like to know what are the odds that her new relationship is gonna workout and if she will realize that i am not gonna lye no more?

The odds are zero, unless you actually prove to her your not going to lie, but if shes adamant then its going to be even harder, you just have to let her new relationship run its course and i don't think it will go far because it does seem like a rebound, but i know of a rebound that turned into love and has lasted nearly 3 years. If its meant to be it will happen, but only if you work hard at it

That's a subjective question. The best thing to do is leave her be for a while and try to move on. If after about three months or so you still like herr then give her a call to say hello. You guys had a bad relationship from the start and it was doomed because of all the lying. Further on down the line if you guys hook back up you have to promise a fresh start with no lying. You guys are still young and this guy probably wont be around forever.
