In any case there is a chance you could be pregnant, but if he started to drip right after he pulles out, how do you know he didn't acidentally start dripping right before he pulled out? This could definitely increase the chance.

http://womenshealth.about.com/cs/birthcontro1/a/withdrawalbircn.htm
As I have stated many times on this site...if there is ever any type of contact between your vagina and his penis, and even with the pill out method, it could mean the monumental, life altering consequences of a pregnancy. If this sounds scary to you, then please take note, because you need to understand the incredible responsibility that goes with the act of sex. We know it take just one teeny sperm to make it to the female's egg to fertilize..so it doesn't take much to make a baby, hun. In the future, be responsible! Start using better contraceptive methods and remember, there is no 100% surefire, method of avoiding pregnancy. You take a huge chance every time you have sex, dear...that is cold harsh, true reality. You will be on pins and needles for a bit until your menstruation arrives, but if you feel you could be pregnant, buy a pregnancy kit or visit a free clinic set up for teens who are sexually active and get some advice and help from them. Please consider the birth control pill, dear. Good luck and be careful.

Pretty much exactly what RCN says. A condom is so thin, it doesn't really help him get deeper. The only thing I can add is asking how long after the first time was the second time? Was it soon, and did he clean himself? You may have just increased chances of being pregnant there.
Remember that it only takes ob sperm to meet with your egg and pregnancy can happen.

Well, the pre-cum is a bit of a problem but I think the odds are less than 25:75 that you are.You know,it does happen, but when sometimes people can't have a baby after years of trying let us hope you're not THAT bad luck to get pregnant for the 1st time:)Theres a chance but it's a very small one.Even tho it all try to take care about everything next time.Good luck

First of all, you need to be careful. There's a reason so many say you may not be ready for sex at your age.
I'm not going to judge you, but I want to you understand sex is not a game, and doing something that allows the chance of creating life should not be treated as a leisure activity.
To answer your question. A condom really doesn't make a difference of how deep you can get.
Not using a condom and pulling out before he cums, does lower the chance of pregnancy, but does not eliminate it.
There is something called pre-cum. That begins as the boy gets excited, it does contain some sperm, but not a huge amount. All though it doesn't contain a huge amount, it only takes one to make it through to create a baby.
I would just wait to see if you develop signs of being pregnant. If you feel you may be, you can get checked at your local family planning office. They are a confidential office, and you may be able to get the test done for no cost to you.
