 Low chances, but possible. Pre-cum normally doesn't contain any live sperm. If you urinate after ejaculating it clears it all out and kills everything. However, if you ejaculated and then there was pre-cum, it could have sperm in it. It's pretty unlikely, but if her period is late she should take a pregnancy test.
Another question, why were you "sticking it in" when she wasn't wet?

It is unlikely that she got pregnant by putting your penis inside her with a drop of cum on the tip of it. The semen needs to get past the vagina, through her cervix and into her uterus to come in contact with an ovum. That is best accomplished with an ejaculation. The pre-cum you mentioned was probably her natural vaginal lubrication.And.... how did you ejaculate without knowing? Did you loan your penis to another guy for that time period?
