writes: Havent been feeling well all week. Fatigue, adominal pain... woke up this morning with exteme adominal pain and bleeding. Have a history of uterine fibroids. Had intercourse on wednesday and it was a little painful. Is it possible i had one and it ruptured? What are symptoms of a ruptured uterine fibroid, and treatment? Reply to this Question

That's what I found by googling it.
This isn't webmd. You can self diagnose yourself on the internet all day long, but at the end of the day it's time to close the computer and call your GP/gyno to schedule an appointment to get that checked. If your pain is that severe then you need to go to the ER immediately.
