 Perhaps his reasons are that he feels he HAS to say them when he feels you should know it without him saying them, prehaps he is uncomfortable with the way the words sound or perhaps he just doenst love you enough. the only answer here is to talk with him and listen to him. You need to know why and he is the only one that can tell you.
