 You should confront him, 11 months can be a long time for teen relationships and maybe he has just lost interest. There isn't any point in draging out a relationship that not both of the people involved are totally into. If he's cheating then dump him straight away, no deserves anyone who cheats and should find someone who is actually worthy of them.
