Does he know that he is your boyfriend? He sounds like a male friend to me.
Hold his hand - it's not exactly jumping on him.
Either that or talk to him and ask him what your relationship is and if he says that you are his girlfriend then ask him why he hasn't kissed you yet.
At 25 I think it's a serious problem.
If your age is wrong and you are younger, it's not so serious, but still worrying.

Anyway, talk to him. I would want to hold hands with my partner after 6 months.
Hugging and kissing are essential things early in a relationship in my view.
Why don't you go to hold his hand then? If he isn't going to instigate hugging or holding hands himself...then why don't you?
