Anybody can buy condoms, pregnancy tests.. under age or not. Just go to your local store or to a doctor.

The fact that you aren't aware of where to buy condoms suggests that you also may not know how to use them--please educate yourself a bit more BEFORE you decide to have sex. You're so young to be making such an adult decision and I hope that you can go about this informed.

 well its either wait for it so taht you can buy it by yourself or talk to yur parents about it or ask your friends if they have one that you can buy(not quite a good idea 'cause condom's might be old and they would just give you a bad one and it might have a leak on it or it would break)but the decision is up to you most likely if you really cant wait then go ahead.
