writes: Hi, I asked a couple of months ago should I tell my best friend that I'm in love with her. We sat down and talked about it and we both feel the same way but both feel that it could break our over close bond. Anyone any got any advice on what to do?

If you both feel the same, then go for it! You will never know until you try, and there is no reason to be pesimistic about it when you don't know yet!

Best thing I can say is to keep the lines of communication open. If it's right and you both truly do care for each other it will develop in time hopefully. If you can't wait for that, talk to her and let her know. Maybe if she's not ready to take the next step it's time to back away. It's not an easy answer however you look at it. It's scary to think about losing a great friend, but maybe if you both think about it this way it'll help squash that fear...instead think of what a great loving relationship you could be missing out on with each other! When you think about it that way...What's holding you back?! Best of luck! Let me know how things unfold.
