I've gone to counselling (not for that but self esteem issues) and I'm watching everything get thrown out. I have been verbally abusive to 3 people including my dad. I really like the course I would't change it but I am struggling with it and I'm starting to feel bad about what I have done to those 3 people. Can anyone give me advice what to do. Changing course is not an option, whilst the lecturer for one of them is useless and won't be helpful.

You should look into tutoring...a lot of colleges offer free tutoring, or private tutoring for a fee. Talk to your professor about maybe something extra he can give you to study with or something you can do for extra credit. Sometimes schools also have study group meetings for certain courses. If you want to make things right, you need to apologize to the people you have hurt and explain to them that you are under a lot of pressure and you didn't mean to take it out on them. Sometimes it is hard to admit you were wrong, but you will feel so much better after you apologize!
