she probably wants you to be able to have a proper relationship and move together, it sounds like she wants to see you but won't ask.
she probably feels very alone with her friends being mean and you far away. the best you can do is comfort her and that will probably mean going to see her

It could be many reasons why shes saying this. Hinting that she doesnt like the relationship and wishes it could change, trying to indicate that she generally feels alone in life and its nothing to do with the relationship, or generally feeling like you are her rock and she feels so alone when you arent physically around to support her. Or other things too.
Ive been in a distance relationship before and it is hard. Try sending her video messages, or talking on Skype or video msn. Try different things so its not all about a phone call or text message. Try plan a time to see her again and count down the days together so she has something to look forward to.
