 Hmmm....I think you're waiting to hear what you want to hear, and in this case, it may be banter on her side. Whether she likes you or not isn't clear from that exchange.
If you like her, then ask her out! Love is a risk, and sometimes, you just have to take the leap of faith without being sure.
