you really need to speak to him about this you dont say if you have children or if you own your home if you have and you do then he must go he has to provide a roof over your head and the childrens you can opt to sell the house in which case if you do have kids you are intitalled to 75% of the exquity if he is violent then you can go to the council and ask to be placed in a house of protection if its none of these and you have just fallen out of love then you must consider your options set out a roter when you want the house to your self and you do the same for him that way you dont have to see each other everyday and night other than that you must decide on the best way to remedy the situation all the best hope it works out

 Not much at this point. I guess you need to start saving money until you can afford to move. Is there any family member you could get a loan from?
