I have asked but I'm trying to get her out the house without hurting any more. How can I get her to leave? Also there's someone else I'm intrested in but she doesn't trust me as she thinks I'm going to get back with my ex as she's still living in my house. I want to get with this other person but I don't want to hurt anyone any more than I already have. Help!!

SOME TIMES YOU HAVE TO BE CRUEL TO BE KIND, IF THIS RELATION SHIP IS TRULY OVER FOR GOOD, THEN YOU SHOULD TAKE HARSH ACTION AND TELL HER THAT SHE LEAVES YOU NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO RING THE POLICE TO REMOVE HER, I UNDERSTAND YOU DONT WANT ANYONE ELS BEING HURT BUT WHAT OTHER CHOICES DO YOU HAVE WITH OUT IT GETTING UGLY,
YOU COULD ON THE OTHER HAND GO WITH PLANE (B)AND WHEN SHE GOES OUT CHANGE THE LOCKS ON THE DOOR AND MOVE HER STUFF OUT!
BRAKEING UP IS NOT A NICE THING AT THE BEST OF THE TIMES SO NOW IS THE TIME TO TAKE ACTION AND DO SOMETHINK ABOUT IT.

You are a sweetheart for being so considerate of your ex's feelings but it is time you realized that if she didn't want the relationship to end, she will not leave the house until she has some sort of closure. You could either wait for this inevitable incident, though that may quash your chance with the new girl. The most upstanding thing to do is just be honest with her and tell her you are not comfortable living with her still (DO NOT tell her about the new girl). Offer to help her find a place, etc. If she acquiesces, but still won't move her ass, go ahead and throw her out . . .gently. You didn't break up with her to live in sexless misery with her. It is time to start your own life. Relationships are over when they are over and if the end drags on, the rapport between you two may become so damaged that it is irreperable.
