Ask it out as friends first. Get to know one another more. Building a friendship is usually good before building a relationship. It helps you be more comfortable around eachother so there isn't all the 'awkward' silences and what not. If she says yes to hang, try that a few more times, then tell her again how you feel.I hope it all goes well,Keep me updated.

Well, she might not want to disrespect her parents but here's my advice. Lol Instead of asking her out on an actual date, I think you should ask her to do something on your birthday, as FRIENDS and see where it all goes from there. During the day, get to know more about her(If you already don't), then before she leaves, decide if you still have a crush on her and ask her out at the end of the day.
