Hey, you are young. It's a beautiful thing. I think the most important thing is to do things together that are fun--- that way you both relax, have a laugh, and the rest will come easily.
Why not try a bike-ride together.Maybe play a computer game together... that can be really funny.. and once you start to laugh you will relax. Think about having fun together, and everything else will come naturally.

Ask questions, that's the easiest way.. I'll start you off and thing you can think of others.
1. What's your favourite year
2. What's your favourite film
3. If superman and batman had a fight who would win
4. Are boys brainier than girls
5. What is better chocolate ice-cream or strawberries
6. What would you do with a million pounds
7. What's the best country in the world..
Easy see.. he will give an answer, then you think of an answer too.. you can make this a little game, ask him to ask you questions too..
This way you'll have tons of stuff to talk about and will learn more about each other as time goes by. You can also find space to tell secrets to each other using my "questions for shy people trick".
Don't worry, I was shy too, and I always liked the shy guys so I know exactly what your going through.
