 Only time will let you trust him again but a strong relationship will survive this.
If you keep dwelling on the past then its going to effect you developing your relationship further and growing it.
Trust is a major part of a relationship and it takes time to earn from both sides.

 getting back with him after him breaking up with you is obviously something you have to try and forget about i no trust is a hard thing to regain but give it some time and dont let yourself get to comfortable in a relationship again so soon just incase he breaks up with you again
