I was able to last for a few good minutes between times going limp. The first time it happened was when we changed positions, then the other two were inside of her. Is it possible I was worried about my performance, was nervous and just need to relax? (I think I was worried and my mind started to wonder!) I don't believe I ever did end up having an orgasm, as we gave up after the third time. Also, when I took the condoms off there was small amounts of fluid present, could I have reached orgasm and not known it in the heat of the moment? I just want to make sure everything is ok, and get some tips on what to do next time to avoid the situation. I masturbate about 5-7 times a week, and have read that over masturbation can cause impotence but find that hard to believe. Thanks for the help!

But I figured it was because mintues before she got here i had already gave him a workout. But we did it 2 times that day and we were fine. I hope it was just a one time thing... for the both of us. PS! if you masturbate long before having sex, or can get it up after you masturbate, It gives a massive lasting boost.

 You have nothing to fear, masturbation does not cause impotence in any way shape or form. If anyhting it can actually help you last longer!The situation was probably so stressful your body reacted to it in the only way it knew how *by withdrawing it's support* You need to relax (easy to say when you are scared or tense) and go with the flow. Enjoy yourself, because that is what sex is all about, fun and enjoyment. You have a whole lifetime ahead to get better and better at it.  I wouldn't worry about it too much. You were probably just too nervous, and like you said, your mind was beginning to wander. It's unlikely that you reached orgasm without realizing it. The fluid inside the condoms was probably pre-cum, which is released naturally prior to ejaculation.I don't think that masturbation is to blame, either. Next time, just try to relax, and don't worry too much about your performance. You'll be fine.
