A female Australia age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I was talking to this girl I met the other night, incredibly interesting more so than any other girl!! She was also very beautiful, great figure and really good fun to be around it was infectious! But it was strange because later on in the night, she went outside to smoke and I came out not long after, I said to her I didn't realise you smoked. And she replied 'I don't, but it relaxes me and it's a good thinking method' and laughed.

It was strange because when I asked her what she thinks about, she just looked at me and paused before saying 'everything'. But the way she looked at me, I don't know if I was being silly, but I felt that she was sad inside.

She then turned to me and said something like 'it's funny, so many people out tonight probably mirror a different emotion to the one inside, hoping that will become true' I said 'everyone's having a good time, nobody looks sad'. And then she said.. 'that's because people only see what they want to see, nobody is really looking'. I asked what did she mean by that and she just replied 'well, I fooled you didn't I'

She then put her cigarette out and headed inside, but i couldn't find her after so I assumed she must have left? She honestly blew my mind, the way she said it and that last line was so true because she's right! I haven't stopped thinking about it...

What did she mean by that!!? What I can't understand is, was she really hurting and upset inside, because i don't know why she would pretend she was fine, or how she managed to mask it so well!!? I never would have guessed after spending most the time in the bar/club with her, that she was feeling completely different inside???

mpumie agony auntShe's really hurting inside. When a beautiful gal smoke others don't do it for fun but just find peace. Be patient with her and if u love her don't give up. An ur lucky that she said that to u. Cause it seems like she doesn't trust any man.
