I don't think you have anything to worry about but see a doctor if you are worried.
My back constantly clicks when I do certain movements, and sometimes even have to get it to click myself if it starts hurting and I also get it in various other places and I was told by my doctor that everything is fine.

You should speak to your doctor if you're worried. I get grinding noises in my back, and I had an x-ray and such and nothing was wrong. It turns out that there was a lot of stress in my back. Given that you've got a baby inside you, it's something you need to talk to a doctor about. I'm sure it'll be nothing, but it's better safe than sorry.
