It sounds like she's a young lady trying to define who she is. This happens a lot. I wonder if she's not confused about who who she is and how she feels, and is trying to find out. She sounds very insecure to be honest. You do need to be a bit firmer with her, but be kind because if she is a little confused, she could become depressed if she thinks everyone is getting her. Don't reply to all her texts, reply to some. Don't reply to all emails, reply to some. And make sure you do see other friends. Other than that, I think as she grows up a bit more, she'll know more about herself and won't be so annoying.
