A female United Kingdom age 41-50, anonymous writes:

Okay, so I have a problem with a boy that is quite complicated.

It all started like a year ago when we never even knew each other but went to the same school, and people kept telling me that this boy liked me.

Then for some reason we got talking and although id never got to know him before, I started to like him.

So we became closer and closer and we liked each other, and we both knew we liked each other because we always flirted with each other.

And now ive fallen for him.

But I think his crush on me has started to fade.

So he doesnt like me like that anymore, but i really love him and feel stronger about it every day.

i dont know what to do!

Please help =)

A female reader, didda123 United Kingdom +, writes (24 January 2009):

didda123 agony auntHow do you know that he doesn't like you for sure? If you are not confident enough to ask him outright you will have to try your flirting skills a bit more and see what you can pick up.

If he liked you before but wasn't sure how you felt maybe he is just a bit wary and is shy about asking you out. It is not easy for men particularly if they are shy about asking girls out they worry about rejection which will knock their self esteem.

Give him some bold signals that you do actually fancy him in that way and i bet it pays off.

Good luck and keep me posted x
