Theres this guy at work that I like and at first I thought he liked me back as he asked for my number and we used to phone each other every day. We planned meet up but they just didnt happen due to conflicting schedules and now we dont speak as much. I still really like him but I think he doesnt feel it anymore. I saw him the other day and we spoke a little and im unsure if he was flirting a little or not.also I made a fool of myself infront of him as I got really nervous and red etc whuch doesnt normally happen and now i think ive definatly messed it all up. How can I redeem myself and maybe save this situation ?

I have the same thing with this boys in school we always pick a date that doesnt work, ive asked my friends what i should do and they have said start being friends and if he liked you he would ask you out and if not find the time to go out even if you go out of your but dont tell him that as he will take adavntage of it in the future. also, with the red face and flustered thing dont worry everyone gets it just think of yourslef in a cold place when you talk to im or visualise him as one of your friends also try and convince yourself you dont like him and he will come closer without you noticing

Hi, I agree start being friends and get to know him. Everything else will fall in place with time.

Let it go. The workplace romance is mostly a very bad idea anyway. The red face and your embarassment will be quickly forgotten. Just stay on good terms and be polite and friendly. Then business as ususal.
