We pass one another, I look back, she looks back... is she interested?

I've got an interesting question. Let's say you're in high school or the mall, and you walk past a girl you think is really good looking. Let's say you just look straight ahead and act normal, then as you pass each other you look back, and you see them looking back too, does that mean they fancy you?
