 I know exactly what your laking about. Same thing happened to me all the time. But one time, i made a move. And i dated the girl for 6 amazing months.
I am willing to bet that he doesnt think your boring. He just doesnt have the balls to talk to you. I garantee he is focused on trying to get the courage to talk to you, and he isnt focusing on how "boring" you might be after having a conversation with you.
