 How long have you been dating?
When he doesn't want to spend time with you is it because he is busy with something else or just not interested?
Do you feel like things have changed and moved on? Do you feel like yours and his goals and interests have changed?
Sometimes people grow apart and that is not uncommon or bad, Things change.
Maybe have a chat with him to see where the relationship is going and see if you are still both 100% dedicated to it. If you both are, great, find new ways to make it work, if not, perhaps its time to move on.
