 contact her family and friends. Try to find out if anyone has any idea where she is or where he ex is.
I don't want to worry you but i fear for her safety in a senario like this.
If no one else has heard from her and she is not at her other place i would file a missing persons.
Try to call her more and she if she answers.
Good luck, honestly, i hope she is okay.
