I sat next to her, and as the film went on, we ended up holding hands and cuddling. She's on msn right now ( mine is set to appear-offline) , and i'm really shy about what i should do.This may sound stupid, but before i did the same with another girl, but when i asked her out, she said no. So you can see why i'm nervous. Btw i like this girl alot more.Tips please.

Turn your msn online now - get chatting again and go for the follow up.
If you remain offline you have NO chance, if you go on and talk to her you have a good chance by the sound of it. The worse she can say is no which admitted would not be nice but a no is so much better than not knowing and wondering what if. Chances are though by what you say this one is likely to be a success if you go on and chat.
I don't know why I say that this is going to be successful - call it a sixth sense if you like - I just get a very good feel about this one from your discription.
Go for it and the best of luck.

ask her why!
for one thing it all depends on when oyu asked her out if it was after the cinema then ask for an explanation, maybe she just wants you to take her out on a date first
and if it was before the cinema then she was not being very nice leading you on in the cinema
the best and only thing you can do is ask her all the questions you have
you dont have anything to loose they are just questions arent they!
good luck
