i think thats exactly what you have to do. gross them out.
show them your not a little kid anymore. also you have to get their trust. at your age they should trust you with a girl in your bedroom. maybe that awkward talk about safe sex might help. otherwise just do it in the bathroom with the door locked hahah

 To be honest, I wouldn't tell your parents what you're up to! They don't need to know.. If she's your girlfriend they can probably guess. Just explain that as you're older now you'd like some more privacy.
If you are refering to sex, then perhaps wait til your parents are away or go to a hotel so you can take things slowly to start with. xx
