Recently, another bandmate (female) and I (male) have developed feelings for each other; through hanging out, sharing problems, enjoying the same things and being a bit sexually frustrated! We recently met to talk about what to do and ended up kissing. We can't be together or 'have something on the side' because it'll totally ruin the band we've worked so hard on and which is showing so much promise. We both feel the same way about each other and love the band equally too! It feels like more than just a one-off and I don't know what to do. Anyone been in a similar situation? It feels awful! Help! Thanks.

I think you should do it. if you two break up you will just be involved bandwise. But you sound like the two of you will last a while, maybe longer then your band? just be gentle with her
