He wants us to get back together after i move home(we go to different colleges, but he still lives at home). His friend texted me and said he thought I was "THE ONE", and wanted to talk to me, but is afraid because i told him Goodbye forever and that i dont to second chances. I want to be with him, what should i do?

I think you need to put your pride aside and arrange to meet up with him face to face. Explain to him that you will not be a doormat and that he should not think that just because you are giving him a second chance you will always take him back and he can get away with anything, but, as you love him you will try one more time. Make sure that he understands what went wrong the first time and your conditions of getting back together and then if he agrees you can try to make things work. BUT do not jump straight back into the relationship even if you are madly in love with him! Take things slowly and make him work hard earning you back - that way he will realise how lucky he is to be getting a second chance with you.

You text him back and tell him what you said is normally true, you don't give second chances but if he still wants to try again then you're willing to waive it just this once.
