I have known him about 5 months and noticed he's always looking my way my friend told me the other day he was staring at me watching my every move and we are now friends with passing conversation, and developed in to hugs and a kiss on the lips in front of everyone at our local pub. About 6 weeks ago a woman who I thought was my friend approached him at the bar while others were around him and this woman told him I sent her to ask him if he's interested in me he replied he wasn't he doesent look at me in that way also he is just going through divorce. Apparently he told her that he luvs me as a friend well my so called friend couldn't wait to tell me this I was so humiliated to say least. My best friend was on Holliday at this time I told her when she came back. She told this guy I felt I couldn't be the same around him any more like having a tease with because I felt terribly embarrassed by what he told my other friend. I was in the ladies at the time my friend told him next thing I know he's in the toilet wanting to talk to me I explained I was embarrassed now to tease him he asked why I couldn't be the same towards him I told him I know I'm full on at times but I'm like that with everyone. He said don't be silly and we hugged. Everything is great now we chat have a laugh when I'm out and see him. Now I'm really confused as one night from the pub a few of us went go his place everone else left leaving us alone i sumply tokd him i think hes a beautiful person inside and out hes sexy intelligent he said no one ever told him this before i soon after said i was going home all i remember was standing on the landing and him snogging my face off lol then iut of the blue he asked if he could plesure me i tokd him he needed to go to bed lol i dint kniw how but i ended up at the foot of his bed he fell back me with him and the bed vroke it was so funny lol then he oassed out thankfully as we had been drinking then to my horror a few days later when he came to my home for a drink with my friends my girlfriends husband blurted out to this guy and myself so are you 2 going to get it on again I felt embarrassed especially after my other friend telling me hes not interested in me like that so automatically I started saying no we are friends and he very soon followed saying the same. He left that evening to go on Holliday for 2 weeks. Now I'm totally confused 2 nights ago I was with a very good friend whom he never met and the 3 of us were chatting about low self astern ect he said his is low like mine but my girlfriend chirped up saying to me what have I tokd you only last night tell yourself your beautiful. Lol thus is going to sound so cheesy but the guy I have a crush on looked at me and said she is beautiful then a few minutes later he suddenly said I love her to bits I hugged him and said thank you I do you 2 then I only went with the glow and said to him with my arm draped around his neck, why don't you come keep me warm in bed some time lol he looked at me with a big smile and went in to finish his pint soon after he came back for another chat I went in to the pub bought him a pint and the last half hour he bought me a couple if drinks without me knowing until i ordered and webt to pay for mine so sweet i thought we all chated together unroll it was time to go home then we hugged I kissed him on the side of his face he kissed me just below my neck on my chest. So now I'm totally lost as to what he thinks or possibly feels if any thing about me. I have no idea in clueless lol. Thanks for taking the time to read about my delema X

 I can understand how you feel, but go easy because this guy has said he doesn't see you as girlfriend material so it would be a simple slip to become a 'friend with benefits' and as we all know here on DC, that can leave a gal feeling used and abused and passed over.
He is being sweet because he's living in the moment. He is barely divorced and you can bet he's going to keep his options open. Inviting him into your bed won't necesarilly make him want you as a partner, but I guess you will just have to see how the friendship goes.
It's so tempting to give all if you really like someone, but if they don't feel the same, it can all end up in a mess...so like I say...Go easy and don't let him use you for sex because that's not what you want...is it?
