Well firstly - you can't "turn" anyone bi if they aren't interested. Leave him alone and concentrate on your boyfriend, although it seems if you're wanting to do things with others, there are problems in the relationship and maybe its time to do the honorable thing and move on if you feel the issues can't be resolved.
