But can anyone give me some tips on losing about 20 pounds?My excersise regime is going to be: (everyday)10 minutes Uphill running20 minutes Pilates45 minutes dance work outCan anyone give me any diet tips? I'm having a really hard time cutting out chocolate, as I don't really put on any weight, and after not excersising AT ALL and eating 100g of chocolate three or four times a week, I've only started noticing the extra weight now. Please help..

Losing weight is usually down to your own metabolism. A massive change on diet will usually cause either a large weight gain or a large weight loss. However, too much of a change will effect your health. Some cases even causes irreversible damages. Best thing is to take thing slowly. Give up one fatty food a week, but keep the same life style.
Personally, I find skinny women unattractive. But whatever you do, please don’t force yourself to be in a diet that will cause harm to your body for no other reason to lose as much weight as possible in a minimal time. It is not healthy nor should it be encouraged. If someone only liked you for being a certain waist size then he is not worth it. Its your body, so take care of it.

Well that is a good goal and since you have months to do this you will be able to do this safetly. Well If you drink a lot of juice you can substitute the juice with water or lite juice. that is an easy was to get rid of about 50-100 cals. Buy light ice cream and other items. So you can still eat what you like and the same portion maybe even a little bit less but you will be consumming less calories. I hope this helps and good luck.
