It's not too bad but head doesnt feel like it used to, and my gf's handies doesn't feel as good as they should (we use lube). The tip is less sensitive, when hard it used to be pretty sensitive, now only when close to cumming or it rough or fast or both. I'm a virgin and I'm 20, please help!

Hi there. There is some sensation you have said, because you do feel something during orgasm.
So we know there is at least SOME sensation there.
If you used to have more sensation before this bed bumping habit you used to entertain yourself with, perhaps you did some nerve damage during that activity. Two years is a long time, after all.
It's possible.
And for that reason, I would really suggest that you go and see your family doctor and ask him or her, if there is some treatment you could have to repair any damage that may have been caused by that old sexual habit.
There could be nerve damage.
It's worth looking into it more, because you never know, there could be some very easy solution.
It might even require some minor surgery to correct any nerve damage.
See your doctor first to see what your options are. It's really important.
Another alternative medicine treatment, could be chinese needle accupuncture.
Accupuncture, can treat all kinds of health problems. It's really quite miraculous.
I personally, use accupuncture for occasional lower back pain and have always had wonderful success with it - and quickly.
However back pain isn't the only illness accupuncture can help. It can treat all sorts of conditions.
Please in any case, have it checked out - before it becomes something more serious, like impotence. You don't want that.
And if you do nothing, it could become much worse as the years go by. And then you would be absolutely miserable. It could destroy all of your relationships. And it would definitely get in the way of true happiness.

You aren't currently taking any medications that could diminish sensation in your penis like anti-depressants, opiates, or certain muscle-relaxers are you?
