i have had the same problem since i was around 23. Right after my sons birth. That was 10 years ago. I have seen 3 doctors and they all tell me the same thing "it just happens sometimes" i used to get real wet and now nothing. No matter how turned on i am. It is so embarrasing. But i guess something we deal with.

Are you on the pill? When i took the pill a few years ago it didn't have any side effects, then the second time i took it it totally made me dry up and i'm REALLY wet normally (thankfully back ot normal now too).

So if you're on the pill, this could be why...

thanks for the advice. i still feel the same as always but i'm not sure my body does. me & my fiancee have sex at least 5-6 times a week and we have to use lube every time. i thought it might be just w/him but i masturbate and it's the same. i'm worried.

A female reader, :):):) United Kingdom +, writes (17 May 2008):

Are you sure you are still getting aroused as much as you used to? Take time on foreplay, dont rush in, this should help you become more 'lubricated.'

Often people become drier with age, but at your age this isnt an issue.

If you still feel as hot as before than the reason must be purely physiological. Go and see a doctor and they can help you find out why.

In the mean time use a good lubricant.

Good luck

Do you feel maybe like you're rushing the process a bit to get to the orgasm? Work up to it more, read some erotic fiction before you start even trying to orgasm and touch yourself in different places that feel good. I think you just need to get warmed up better.
