Id be afraid to do it in real life because of medical risks. Im a slender attractive woman and Im satified with the way I look. But I have these fat fantasies. I dont what caused me to have them. Im going online to find the causes, the root. I feel like a sick and twisted person. I hope no overweight person is not offended in this sight. Im open for any advice and where to turn to.

You need to talk to a psychiatrist if you want to try to get rid of it.
However, the first step is to stop feeling so disgusted with yourself. It's not as though you are the only person with this fetish, or who would create all those websites? You're also not hurting anyone (assuming you don't try to convince people to be unhealthy). I might suggest watching the movie City Island too. One of the actors in that has a feeding fetish and it's not portrayed as a repulsive horrible thing.

As long as you explore your fetishes safely with your health in mind, there's no harm in it. Fetishes are largely harmless as long as they pose no serious risk to your life or anyone else's. Trust me, I'm a kinky person myself, and you're not "sick" for having a fetish, sweetheart. If you want to go to counseling, please do, but shaming yourself for your fetishes is just going to drive it into harmful behaviors instead of healthy ones!
Accept and love yourself, even your fetishes.

Turn to a psychiatrist, because you have a serious problem and I doubt anyone here can offer you appropriate help with such an issue.
