writes:About 2 weeks ago my girlfriend and I broke up and today I found out she's already dating someone else. As you can imagine this is really painful for me right now, it feels like someone just ripped out my heart. Can someone please tell me what I can do to make myself better?

 Unfortunately my friend you are going to have to let time heal this one. Believe me i've been there and found this out myself. It will get easier. Don't do anything stupid and don't go looking for rebound relationships. They never work.
