 You should definitely mention to the Doctor/Nurse that it's the second time in five days that you've taken it.
I'm pretty certain that they'll get on your back about proper contraception... Which you REALLY should be on if you're having sex that regularly even though you're using condoms, which as you're aware aren't always effective.
Just on a side note, I've heard that the emergency contraception pill is actually really bad for you in terms of fertility. It's best to prevent, than repent.

not being proud od this... but i took it one morning.. and then again 2 days later and it worked for me....
not a good idea for your health, but if its necessary take it again asap!
