 I'm sorry, but you're in college and you don't know you should capitalize the letter "I" when it is used alone, and you don't know how to safely avoid pregnancy? Come on. I learned that stuff in GRADE SCHOOL! How did you manage to get into college NOT knowing this stuff?
If you're scared, stop doing what you're doing. You're not ready for it. Then, go to your favorite search engine and do some research in how sex works and how people get pregnant. EDUCATE yourself!

If there is semen, precum on his hands from rubbing himself and he fingers you then yes it's a possibility to get pregnant. Now, if you're so worried about getting pregnant then I suggest you get yourself on a form of effective birth control(the shot is great) and he wears a condom during sex.

Yes if his semen get into your vagina. YES, you can be pregnant without sexual intercourse. You should just talk to your bf about this, how you think doing this without protection can lead to serious problems. Let him know he might be a father soon if he doesn't know where is the line.
