Auntie Mel agony auntThe best way to start the conversation would be to casually walk up to her when she isn't busy and just start with a simple hello.

If you don't feel confident going up and starting a conversation straight away maybe just smile at her or say Hello when you walk past her.

Keep the confidence in yourself going and don't let her see that your nervous, the more you talk to her the more your confidence builds.

If you go for a conversation you could always ask her about something your doing in class and try and start a conversation from it.

Good Luck x

Auntie Mel agony auntHello there,

Many guys find it hard to talk to girls so do not worry you are not on your own.

A way to start a conversation could be just smile at her as you walk past a few times and make sure she notices, if she smiles back and continues to smile back every time you smile at her approach her a little later on.

Just simply look her straight in the eye and say hello. before you go to her keep telling yourself it will all be okay to try and boost your confidence.

Simply start off by introducing yourself telling her your name and asking her name the best way to keep a conversation going is by asking open questions so the answers wouldn't be just yes and no for example: instead of saying 'My favorite TV programme is Friends do you like friends?' say 'My favorite TV programme is friends what is your opinion on friends?'

If you can relate to anything she says try to do so, but make sure your honest because lies are not the way to start a friendship or relationship. For example she says:'I went Skiing last week' you say: 'oh I love skiing I went skiing in Italy last year it was great'

If you don't feel comfortable approaching a girl you don't know ask one of your friends to introduce you to a girl and then just use the two techniques I showed you earlier.

Before you start conversations you can think of a few things to say so you are prepared when it comes to the real conversations, being prepared will give you a lot more confidence.

As you continue to talk to girls your confidence will build and then you will be fine, Good Luck and I hope this helps x
