When you see a girl and shes friendly, outgoing and cute
(doesnt have to be a model) she just blossoms in a guys eyes
every guy will tell you the girl you can chill with but still has that edge
is the sexiest f'ing girl !

I think Kenny made a hell of a point here. "one mans meat is another mans poison". There will be many answers as to what makes a woman sexy.
Maybe you misunderstood Uncle Phil when he spoke about the blondes. He means that he likes the attitude and if, on top of that, the woman fits his physical preferences, all the more sexy. You should not take this to mean that only blondes are sexy.
alwsther said yet another important thing. Smell. If the girl if well-groomed, that is a big plus.

There is a very subtle thing I fiind enormously sexy in woment I meet - That is that they are engauged in what they are saying/doing/living. Sod coolness. Sod fasion. Sod looks. If your putting yourself into it I will pay attention.

Sexyness is probably something what comes within, and if i was asked what it is about my woman i find sexy?,the truth is i dont know, she just is. If you are sexy,it shows without having to flaunt your body or flirt.

Firstly, looks. There are two types, artificial looks (clothes, hair style, make up) and natural looks (face and body).
Secondly there are the underrated ways of looking sexy.
Smile, so easy yet it makes such a difference.
Qualities, (i feel like a girl saying this) i find intelligence sexy, and the opposite a turn off. Girls do this too, they find professions sexy, skills like cookery, toughness, power, wealth, all of these are not related to looks.
Thirdly, interest, i would find a girl more attractive if she seems somewhat interested in me, if i have no hope, then i dont pay much attention to her. The british lads magazines (for 15-35 year olds) replaced celebrity women with everyday women as it was more appealing because we have no chance with the celebrity women.

Smart, confident, sense of humor, smells good, makes you feel needed and desired. Someone said that attitude is important. I totally agree. A mixture of confidence and vulnerability. I like it when a woman wears tights. Long john underwear is a turn on. Boots and a skirt. Just a large t-shirt and nothing else. Panty lines are just wrong. I like short hair.

Having said that, and to answer the question, if she possesses the above attributes and is also blonde with an hour-glass figure with long legs and likes wearing stockings and heels I'd find her sexy.
Some men prefer slim and others prefer voluptuous, and would be initially attracted if the woman was 'his type', much the same as women are initially attracted to a certain type of man who they see as their 'ideal'.
There's a little saying that kind of sums it up for me: "No matter how good she looks, there's always some other guy thoroughly pi$$ed off with her attitude."

I guess you are going to get a wide range of responses here as every man caters for differen't tastes. For me a woman who is smart, sophisticated, confident, polite, funny, independent, and attractive i would find sexy. But as the old saying goes, " one mans meat is another mans poison" you see what i may find sexy in a woman another man may not.
Take care x

just being herself. Being honest, and being a strong being. That's sexier than any standard body type.

I suppose this question doesn't have to do with the physical feature most men find very, very appealing, which I won't mention.
Other than that, surely it's the attitude that matters. A very well-built woman won't be sexy if she's grumpy, nags her man all the time, complains about everything... you get the idea.
On the other hand, if she feels comfident with her sexuality, is firm without being hard-headed, dresses the part (not showing too much, not showing too little), is independent, and lets you see that she enjoys sex (in a polite manner, all the best), then most men will find her sexy.
Think Julianne Moore in "The end of the affair". Well-dressed, elegant, fine, willing, comfident with her sexuality.
I hope I make myself clear.
