writes: Hello my lovelies. =]This isn't really a relationship question, but just wanted a few ideas as I really despise going to the doctors.Over the last few weeks, I've been feeling very tired like to the point of only being able to stand for about an hour maximum, I keep retching really badly but never ever actually being sick + I get cold a lot. I also keep hurting a lot in my lower abdomen.My mum said possibly I have low iron levels or something + a friend suggested I could possibly be pregnant.. But they seem like very strange symptoms for pregnancy!! =\Anyway, any suggestions would be fabulous, thank you! =] x

Without asking a doctor you won't find out what is wrong.
Look after yourself for a bit. Eat a big breakfast and take a multi-vitamin with iron. Make sure you eat lots of fruit and veg and get some decent sleep.
If it hasn't stopped in a week then you really need to go and see a doc. They aren't that scary.

Hey.I know you dont want to hear it but you really should chechk it out with doctor.I kinda feel similar im ALWAYS ill, cold, tired, unable to work or concentrate, suffer from strong headaches and stomach pains etc.However you should take strong pain killers, get lots of rest and i hope you feel better soon!Good Luck X
