I am sick of doing everything in my house. I am 19, i live with my mum dad and 4yo brother. I cook dinner EVERY night, while i dont mind cooking because i do live rent free, it would be nice for someone to at least help me out, or cook for one night, im trying to study at the same time and by the time i get home from school, go get dinner and cook it im too stuffed to do anything else.

My parents are so lazy, they wont clean, the house is always a mess and im left to clean it up, then the next day its a mess again. Also i feel like they are falling short with my brother, they will never play with him, if they do its about 10 minutes then just palm him off to me or the tv. When im here i do everything, i bath him, feed him, entertain.. he is with me from when he wakes till when he goes to bed.

are my parents set in their ways? i have tried so many times to talk to them about it but they dont care! i dont know what i can do now!

GrimmReality agony auntGet a student loan, get a part time job, but get the hell out of that house.

You are running the day to day operations of your family, who is more than happy to let you do it.

You will be happier if you get out of there. They sound like they aren't going to change. You can still love them, but do it from afar.
