writes:Hi everyone,I fancy a girl in my school. We are very good friends and she does know a lot about my past. I am considering to ask her to be my girlfriend. This is not my first time asking a girl out but the last two times failed and I don't want to fail again because it does take time to have the courage and meet the right person.  It doesn't much matter when or how you do it, so long as you meet the following three elements:
1) Have a plan. Have one day, one backup day, and a plan for something to do. Hint at the plan, but don't reveal everything if you can avoid it.
2) Be assertive. Get her full attention, tell her you would like to see her later, get her to say yes, and set up the day (or at least get her number).
3) Be willing to fail. This is the hardest part, especially after you've been shot down twice. But the man who is not willing to fail is the man not willing to risk. If you get shot down, take it in stride and move on with life. There is no more important part to getting a girl than being willing to lose her.

You say yall 2 are friends so dont worry too much about it. When yall are walking just start a conversation ask her "do you have a boyfriend"? Then just ask her and if she says no just tell her to give you a chance to see how things turn out. And if she says yeah then take her flowers on the date, shell love that. But do take things slow, dont rush and youll be fine. Good luck! Hope you snatch her!...

 I think it really helps to figure out what you want to do for a date and know what day you want to go. This way she knows all the details instead of just saying "would you want to go out sometime."
