I see him on some weekends and I'm seeing him this weekend too at work but I want him to admit that he likes me. I don't know if this is possible because he is pretty shy but he flirts with me a lot and he sorta asked me out (asked me to go out to eat with him because we were both hungry) but I had to decline because I was busy. I'm scared that I am wrong about him liking me. Maybe he was just flirting for fun or he just wanted to eat because he was hungry and he just was asking as a friend. Is there any tips you have to make him admit he likes me?

The only thing I can think of is saying it straight forward. Asking. That is the only way you're guaranteed to get some kind of answer. Playing games can lead to misunderstandings. You can't seem to read him now, so any secret tips will only give you more confusion. For example, if you ask him if he has someone that he likes, he might say yes but there's no reason to believe its you, even if he gives more specific details, there's a chance it might not be you despite sounding like it. If he says no though, it doesn't necessarily believe he doesn't, he could just be too shy to talk about it.
