Recently though I lost my virginity (with a condom) and during penetration the foreskin was forced to fully retract and it was quite sore and made the sex very uncomfortable for me so I had to stop. My head was incredibly sensitive and I had a lot of trouble getting my foreskin back over the glands again. Now it's still very tight and still won't move down over my head. Any advice on how to loosen it or something? Thanks in advance!

you need to talk to the doctor about this.

You need to go to your doctor, as "THKW" suggests, and he will probably prescribe a steroidal cream to put on your foreskin to soften it.

Without a doubt, this is a conversation you should be having with your doctor.

What a great question for your doctor! You can google 'phimosis' for some additional information which will help you in the doctor's visit. Good luck!
