hi Charley
if this lad said when you were alone no he did not want to be with you, then i am afraid that is what he means, the only reason he seems to be flirting with you is because he can, you should put this person straight and tell him you are not interested in his silly games, and now he has destroyed any chance he may have to be with a wonderful person like yourself this should be done in a nice way, not in anger in front of his friends would be good, then he will leave you alone, i wish you luck, please write again to let me know how it turns out.
