I had sex with the man unprotected also, since then, I've been having a powdery looking substance come from my vagina, i can take a shower and it'll still smell after a while, sometimes I feel like I have to urinate and I really don't or just a little would come out. Could this be an STD? I've tried douching and it works for a day or so.. I also find myself urinating sometimes but not a lot, like, just a little.. Could this be a UTI?

First off, WHY all this risky sexual behavior?
Go to the doctor and get checked out and ASK for a full run of STD's/STI's and for goodness sake take a little bare care of yourself.

You still need to go to a Dr. to get a proper diagnosis, especially since you had unprotected sex. Please please please start being more careful with your health. Make sure you ALWAYS use protection because some STD's are not treatable, and some are lethal.

Take 1 tablet of "Sporanox" daily for 4 days and you will be fine. What I am afraid of is that you might have caught something way worse, especially with the VERY risky activities you described. Wait for 13 weeks then PLEASE go for ELISA HIV test and complete STIs panel. Always practice sex with latex condom and water based lube i.e. Durex or K.Y.

Your best bet is to visit a doctor. No one here can diagnose any medical issues, even doctors because they cannot see you. See your doctor and go from there.

It could be any number of things, none of which I'll really be able to say for sure about here. Your best bet will be to go see your doctor. Many STD's are treatable, but can cause lasting damage if left untreated for extended periods of time. What you're explaining is out of the realm of normal, so it is definitely time for a doctor visit.

Could be a UTI of a yeast infection... we aren't doctors so go get checked out because it might be something more serious.. and quick before it does any damage.
